Yes i have tried all of those solutions but purchased app are still not installing!! For some reason now i am able to download free apps tho. I thought it may have something to do with not buying the apps properly as i didnt recieve an email receipt but i just have so not sure what wrong now?
It is not unusual for the email receipt to come days later. If yu go to your purchase history in iTunes does it say you purchased the items you purchased?
